Activision, Microsoft Extend Deadline

Santa Monica-based Activision Blizzard and Microsoft have agreed to extend their deadline to complete their $68.7 billion merger, among "remaining regulatory concerns". According to the two companies, they have extended their deadline to complete the deal until October 18th. The original deadline was July 18th. The two cited the need to "allow for additional time to resolve remaining regulatory concerns".
