Los Angeles-based AECOM Technology Corporation, a provider of professional IT services for the government and commercial clients, said Monday morning that it has completed its acquisition of Earth Tech, Inc. Earth Tech was a unit of Tyco International, and provided consulting and engineering services in the wastewater, environmental, transportation, and facilities industry. The deal was worth $510M, and was originally announced in February. AECOM also said that it has sold a number of businesses related to Earth Tech, which it said did not align with its strategic plans and core businesses.
