Agile Materials Sues Competitor
Goleta-based Agile Materials & Technologies said today that it is suing Paratek Microwave for patent infringement, breach of contract, and unfair competition. Agile is a developer of tunable wireless filters and other components for the wireless industry. Paratek is a Columbia Maryland-based competitor in the tunable RF components space, and had filed a patent infringement suit itself against Agile in January.
