    Airgain Hires Sales VP
    Carlsbad-based Airgain, a developer of smart antennas, said today that it has hired on Alan Frank as the firm's VP of Worldwide Sales. Frank joins the firm from Semtech, where he was Director of Western Sales. Airgain said that Frank will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining the company’s relationships with OEM and ODM customers in North America, Asia, Europe, and around the globe. Airgain is venture backed by GEN3 Capital and Northwater Capital, and develops MIMO wireless antennas for the 802.11b/g and 802.11n market.
