Alteryx Sets Estimated IPO Range

Irvine-based Alteryx, the developer of data analytics software led by Dean Stoeker, has set its estimated IPO range. The company says it expects its IPO price to be between $12.00 and $14.00 per share. The company has filed to trade as AXY on the New York Stock Exchange. The IPO is being underwritten by Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Pacific Crest Securities, William Blair & Company, JMP Securities, Raymond James & Associates, and Cowen and Company. Alteryx is venture backed by Insight Venture Partners, Sapphire Ventures, Thomson Reuters, Toba Capital, and ICONIQ Capital.
