    Amp'd Mobile Acquires Ninja Mobile Division
    Los Angeles-based Amp'd Mobile said this morning that it has acquired Ninja Mobile's development division. ninja Mobile's development division develops technology that is the base for Amp'd mobile blogging, multiplayer gaming, location-based, and other applications. Ninja was a parter for the development of Amp'd mobile's user interface and custom applications for Qualcomm BREW. Terms were not disclosed. Kiyoto Hirai, former CEO of ninja will join as current senior director of BREW services for Amp'd Mobile. Ampd's recently raised $67.0M in funding for its development of broadband wireless services and applications.
