Anametrix Acquired By Ensighten

San Diego-based marketing analytics developer Anametrix has been acquired by Silicon Valley company Ensighten, according to the companies. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Ensighten said it will use the acquisition to accelerate the next generation of its open marketing platform. Anametrix was venture backed by TVC Capital, and had announced only $5.5M in funding in total.
