Arkeia Rolls Replication Software

San Diego-based storage backup software provider Arkeia Software said today that the firm has added a new replication product to its lineup. Arkeia announced Backup Replication, a new product it says can replicate backup data to one or more locations. Replication is a common feature of backup software and storage arrays, used to copy data between remote locations. According to Arkeia, the new product is integrated with it's EdgeFort appliance and Network Backup software products. Arkeia said the new replication product can be added to both of those products, and wil be priced beginning at $2,500.
