Arrowhead Acquires Nanomedicine Firm
Pasadena-based Arrowhead Research has has formed a new wholly owned subsidiary focused on nanomedicine, the company said this morning. The firm also said that it has agreed to acquire the assets and name of C Sixty, a firm developing biopharmaceuticals based on buckministerfullerenes. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
