Calabasas-based Aspyra, a provider of clinical and diagnostic information software for the healthcare industry, said Thursday that it has hired Jim Zierick as the firm's interim CEO. Zierick joins the firm from LogicalApps, where he was also CEO. Zierick also previously served at Peregrine Systems. Zierick has been on the company's board of directors since September of 2007. Current interim CEO James R. Helms returns to his role as Chief Operations Officer at the firm. Asprya is a developer of clincial information systems for the healthcare industry.
