AtomicOnline Acquires theFashionSpot
Los Angeles-based AtomicOnline said today that it has acquired theFashionSpot, an online website focused on fashion and fashion designers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to AtomicOnline, theFashionSpot currently has over 1 million unique visitors each month, with close to 70,000 registered users. theFashionSpot's web site provides community message forums, news, and other information about fashion designers and collections, and was founded in July of 2001. AtomicOnline operates CraveOnline, SheKnows, and TeenCrunch.
