AutoAlert Buys MotoFuze
Irvine-based AutoAlert, a provider of data mining and lead generation tools for auto dealerships, said Tuesday that it has acquired MotoFuze, a company developing customer experience management software for the auto industry. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. AutoAlert said MotoFuze CEO Mike Dullea and co-founder Tom Walls have joined the company, with Dullea serving as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, and Walls as Chief Technology Officer. AutoAlert is led by Brian Skutta, and owned by private equity investor HGGC. MotoFuze was based in Kansas.
