    Autobytel, Dealix In Settlement


    Irvine-based Autobytel and Redwood City-based Dealix said today they have entered into a settlement agreement over a lawsuit filed by Autobytel against Dealix. According to the firms, Dealix will pay Autobytel $20M in payments, and that the two will dismiss the litigation. Autobytel will license its patents to Dealix and The Cobalt Group. The lawsuit was filed in 2004.
