Avamar Partners With Accounting Firm
Irvine-based Avamar Technologies, a provider of enterprise data backup software, has entered into a strategic alliance with Crowe Chizek and Company LLC, a public accounting and consulting firm. The two companies said that they will deliver data protection and recovery strategies by offering Avamar's enterprise data protection software, through Crowe's business continuity management practice. Crowe Chizek provides business continuity management as part of its risk technology services group. Avamar is a provider of data backup software based on data reduction.
