AWR: Record Revenues In First Half

El Segundo-based AWR, a developer of software used for high speed, semiconductor design, is reporting today that it had "record revenues" for the first half of its 2010 fiscal year, ending September 30th. Revenues were not disclosed. The firm attributed the performance to strength in aerospace and defense accounts, as well as customers switching from competing tools. The firm claims it had record profitability and the largest numbers of employees in its history, despite the overall economy.
