El Segundo-based Applied Wave Research said this morning that it has signed Eagle Test Systems, a supplier of automated test equipment for the semiconductor industry, as a customer. Eagle will use Applied Wave Research's radio frequency (RF) design tools for designing its test systems. AWR's products are used for electromagnetic simulation, integrated circuit, and printed circuit board design.
