Beats Music Lands On Southwest Airlines
Beats Music, the Los Angeles streaming music service which is now part of Apple, is rolling out an in-flight music service on Southwest Airlines, the two announced this morning. According to Southwest, Beats Music will offer up a wide range of music programming to Southwest Airlines listeners, via its inflight Wi-Fi service. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. As part of the launch, Southwest Airlines unveiled a Beats Music-themed, Boeing 737 aircraft, and two, in-flight live concerts. The two concerts include flight732 from Dallas to Chicago-Midway with Cobra Starship, and Flight 1527 with Elephant Revival flying from Portland to Denver.
