BellSouth, Napster Team On Digital Music

Los Angeles-based Napster and BellSouth are teaming together on a deal to offer Napster's digital music service to BellSouth DSL subscribers. The deal is the first that Napster has inked with an ISP. BellSouth DSL customers are being given the option to receive a free three-month membership to the Napster To Go subscription service and a MP3 player designed for the Napster service. The marketing deal lets BellSouth customers download as many songs as they want to the portable MP3 player. Napster's Napster To Go service offers all-you-can-download music as long as users maintain a subscription.
