BIOLASE Loses CFO

Irvine-based dental laser manufacturer BIOLASE has lost its CFO, the company announced early this morning. Biolase said that its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, David C. Dryer, has resigned from the company to "pursue other opportunities". The company also said the resignation was for "personal reasons", unrelated to the company's financial condition. The responsibility for the company's finances has temporary been handed to the rest of its finance team, with President and CEO Harold C. Flynn handling investor relations and other administrative duties. The company also said it has launched a search for a new CFO.
