BlackLine Adds SolarWinds CEO To Board

Los Angeles-based financial automation software developer BlackLine says it has added the CEO of SolarWinds, Kevin Thompson to its board of directors. According to BlackLine, Thompson's experience as a ceo and previously CFO at several technology companies, including Surgient, SAS Institute and Red Hat, will help guide it through its next phase of growth. Thompson has been CEO at SolarWinds since 2010, and he joined the company in 2007. SolarWinds is a developer of IT management software.
