Los Angeles-based YouTube video analytics software developer Blazye has been acquired by video and audio content identification technology provider Vobile, the two announced last week. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Blayze had been co-foudned by Ben Smith and Bennett Neale, and was part of the MuckerLab startup accelerator. Vobile said it will open up a new Los Angeles branch office as part of the deal. Blazye had been backed by MuckerCapital, Social Leverage, Allen DeBevoise, and others.
