BMS Practice Solutions Acquired By WebPT

Upland, California-based BMS Practice Solutions, a provider of revenue cycle management services for the physical therapy market, has been acquired by software developer WebPT, the two said today. Financial details of the acquisition were no announced. WebPT develops software used for managing rehab and physical therapy, and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. BMS Practice Solutions was founded in 1988 in the Inland Empire; the companies said it now operates six regional billing centers throughout the U.S. and processes more than 5 million claims each year.
