Santa Monica-based Boingo Wireless (www.boingo.com) announced that Jon Irwin has joined the company as SVP of Operations, to help manage the company's day to day network activities. Irwin was most recently at Infonet, and was previously responsible for product development, opeartions, and customer support at Earthlink.
