Santa Monica-based Boingo Wireless (www.boingo.com) has inked an agreement with inter-touch to expand the company's Wi-Fi network into ten additional countries. inter-touch provides high-speed Internet access in Asia, South Pacific, Europe and the Middle East, at more than 150 hotels.
