    Boingo Rolls Flat Rate Plan

Santa Monica-based wireless ISP Boingo has rolled out a new, flat rate plan called Boingo Global. The new plan, which costs $39 a month, will offer a single rate and no roaming charges for users who need to access the firm's Wi-Fi service. Boingo Wireless operates a WiFi access system based on a collection of affiliated wireless ISPs. According to Boingo the new flat rate plan covers 100,000 WiFi hot spots internationally, currently covering France and Norway, with hotspots in Germany, Italy, and the UK following later this year.
