Boingo Updates Customer Service Site
Santa Monica-based Boingo Wireless, which operates a network of wireless access points through relationships with local Wi-Fi providers, told its users Wednesday that the firm has upgraded its customer service site. According to the firm, users can now reset their own password, and email invoices and receipts to themself. The firm said the new email invoice feature should help users who need access to receipts for expense or tax reporting.
