Breach Security Claims Revenue Gains

Carlsbad-base Breach Security, which develops web application security appliances, is reporting that the firm saw a 157 percent revenue increase in 2008, year over year. Actual financials were not released by the privately held company, nor were details on profitability. According to the firm, the sales boost came as it expanded its channel program, and a resulting boost in its channel sales for the year. Breach develops security products used by companies to protect from hacking attacks, compliance testing, and other security efforts.
