Irvine-based Broadcom said Wednesday afternoon that it has completed its acquisition of LVL7 Systems, a North Carolina-based developer of networking software. The deal was worth $62M in cash, and was announced in November. LVL7's software is used by origial equiment manufacturers to develop SMB networking products.
