Irvine-based Broadcom has invested in Tilera, a developer of high performance, multicore processors. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed. According to Tilera, Broadcom Senior Vice president of Infrastructure Technologies, Nariman Yousefi, has joined the company's board.
