Carlsbad-based, the online business directory and information site which was most recently in the hands of JMI Equity, has been sold to New York-based content publisher Purch, the two said Wednesday afternoon. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Purch said the deal would help it expand into the SMB market.
