Buy.com Targets College Students

Aliso Viejo-based Internet retailer Buy.com said this week that it has launched a new section of its site specifically aimed at college students. According to Buy.com, its new Virtual Dorm Room store is aimed to college students transitioning to living away from home for the first time, and provides suggestions on products for college such as backpacks, computers, desks, chairs, toothpaste, and more. Buy.com is now owned by Rakuten.
