Cadence Pharmaceuticals Scores $25M

San Diego-based Cadence Pharmaceuticals has raised $25M in a Series A funding. The company, a specialty pharmaceuticals company, said that it raised the funding from Domain Associates, with participation by Proquest Investments, BB Biotech Ventures, CDIB BioScience Venture Management, Windamere Venture Partners, and private investors. The company is developing pharmaceuticals focused on in-hospital applications. More information »
