This interactive workshop educates and empowers angel investors, entrepreneurs, and others interested in access to capital on a variety of ways to value pre-revenue companies. It will explain three valuation methodologies: the Venture Capital Method, the Scorecard Method and the Risk Factor Summation Method. In addition, attendees explore the importance of approaches and the roles of returns and portfolio strategies to angel groups and to your next deal.
