Green LAVA is “Going Solar” and Quoc Pham, VP of Software Development at eSolar will share his insights and observations about the industry, the business models and the trends. eSolar power plant technology utilizes small, flat mirrors which track the sun with high precision and reflect the sun’s heat to a tower-mounted receiver, which boils water to create steam. This steam powers a traditional turbine and generator to produce electricity. eSolar is an Idealab company founded in 2007.
