| "Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP): A practical overview." VoIP is quickly becoming the most talked about technology around. Although many large companies have implemented VoIP in some fashion, it still remains a bit of a "black box" technology to many industry professionals. Mr. Sheldon attempts to "demystify" VoIP by breaking the technology in to small easy to digest pieces. Mr. Sheldon covers call setup and tear down, audio transport and codecs, Sidetone and Echo, Audio Delay, QOS and Latency, E.164 and PSTN Gateways.
