What the Heck is it Worth? LAVA. As we ride the roller coaster of the economy, wondering what businesses are worth has become not only a science but an art. Private or public, the rules and metrics have gone the way of GM, AIG or the best guess of your Uncle Charlie. On July 14th we will have an interesting session on finding the current method to value a private company. Some of these guidelines can be applied to smaller public companies.
