Santa Barbara-based CallWave announced that it has partnered with Level 3 Communications to gain access to broadband and mobile-enhancement services. Level 3 will provide a high quality transport network to allow for local number access for CallWave customers. CallWave provides VoIP application services which connect land, mobile, and computer software for users.
