Caltius Equity Partners Sells Majority Interest In Talent Systems

Los Angeles-based private equity investor Caltius Equity Partners said on Tuesday that it has sold the majority interest of one of its portfolio companies, Talent Systems, to another private equity company, Redbird Capital Partners. Financial details of the deal were not announced. The company said the deal closed on August 4th. Caltius Equity Partners said it helped to form Talent Systems in 2017. Talent Systems develops workflow software used by studios, production companies, casting directors, and others to manage the audition process for talent.
