Manhattan Beach-based CapLinked, the developer of software used by companies to manage their fundraising process, said today that it recently released a new feature, which allows accredited investors and advisors to preview and request access to deals in its system. The company--headed by Eric Jackson and Christopher Grey--said that companies have full control over whether or not their deals will be available for browsing, and that the move would allow investors to quickly preview "hundreds" of screened and qualified deals. CapLinked has been recently enhancing its service to allow investors to more easily find deals, and to allow companies to spread the word about their deals to investors.
