Capzles Raises Series A

Los Angeles-based Capzles said today that it has raised a Series A funding round, and launched its services. Capzles did not disclose investors or the amount of the round. Capzules is a Web 2.0, social media site which allows users to upload photos, videos, and audio and share those in a story format with others. Along with the funding, Capzles said its advisory board includes Howard Jackowitz, COO of UltraStar; Herve de Clerck, founder of AdForum, and Richard Birt, CEO of Richard Birt Consulting. The firm was founded by Chris Anderson and Jeff Sherwood. More information »
