    CaseStack, AtomicBox Merge


    Santa Monica-based CaseStack and AtomicBox Logistics are merging, the two companies said today. CaseStack and AtomicBox said that the merger will provide complementary geographies for the firm's logistics services, with AtomixBox's Midwest and West Coast presence augmenting the CaseStack footpring in Los Angeles, Portland, Chicago, Dallas, New Jersey, and Atlanta. Both companies provide logistics outsourcing for manufacturers in the consumer packaged goods industry. They also both provide national warehousing of products for their customers. Financial terms were not disclosed. CaseStack is backed by Clarity Partners, Kline Hawkes, Blumberg Capital, and Garage Technology Ventures. AtomixBox is backed by Development Capital Ventures.
