    CaseStack Raises $20M For Acquisitions


    Santa Monica-based CaseStack has raised an additional $20M in venture funding, as the company looks to fund acquisitions. Funding was led by Clarity Partners, and included participation from existing investors Kline Hawkes, Blumberg Capital, and Garage Technology Ventures. The company provides outsourced logistics to consumer packaged goods companies. CaseStack's customers are manufacturers of grocery products, where it helps to track shipments, orders, and track inventory for those manufacturers. CaseStack said that it would use the funding to acquire regional logistics providers.
