CircleUp Rolls Outlook Toolbar
Newport Beach-based CircleUp said today that it has made a new downloadable toolbar available for Microsoft Outlook. The firm said that the new software integrates the company's service with Outlook. CircleUp is developing a Web 2.0-style communications service that allows users to track answers from friends, co-workers, and groups for planning events, getting suggestions, and other information. The firm is looking to reduce email volume and make it easier for people to share and track email responses. CircleUp said that the new toolbar software is available for free from the firm's web site. CircleUp is venture funded by Sid R. Bass Associates, and raised a round of venture capital in June.
