Citrix, Covad Partner on Remote Desktop Service

Santa Barbara-based Citrix Online announced Monday that it has entered into a strategic alliance with Covad Communications. Citrix said that Covad will offer its remote desktop access service, enabling small- and medium-sized business customers with the ability to connect anywhere from the Internet to their desktop office computers. The deal follows other broadband and ISP deals with AT&T, Microsoft, Sprint PCS, Verizon, and others.
