Citrix Launches iPad App

The Santa Barbara-based online services division of Citrix Systems said today that it has launched a new, iPad app, Citrix GoToManage, on the Apple App Store. The new app works with the firm's GoToManage Remote Support and GoToAssist Express services, allowing IT professionals and consultants to provide IT support from anywhere using their iPad. According to Citrix, the new iPad App will allow IT managers to view or control a user's PC or Mac from anywhere using any network connection, including 3G, 4G, and Wi-Fi, and is free.
