CleanSpark Buys Specialized Energy Solutions

San Diego-based CleanSpark, a developer of energy software and control technology, said it has acquired fellow San Diego company Specialized Energy Solutions (SES). Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. CleanSpark said SES specialized in engineering and construction of lean energy technologies, including 4MW of distributed solar power projects in the City of Colton, a number of Department of Defense installations, and other projects in California.
