4G wireless service provider Clearwire said Sunday that today is the official opening of its 4G wireless network in Los Angeles. Clearwire said its CLEAR 4G wireless network is available today in Los Angeles, covering about 11 million people in the region, with coverage ranging from Irvine to West Hills. CLEAR starts at $35 a month for home service, with mobile plans starting at $45 a month. The service also offers us a combination dual mode, 4G/3G modem which gives broadband access via both its 4G and Sprint's 3G network.
