Santa Monica-based private equity investor Clearlake Capital Group has rolled up three companies into a new company called Calero Software, the company announced today. Clearlake Capital said that Calero is made up of the business operations of Veramark Technologies, PINNACLE, and Movero. The new company will focused on communications expense management, managed mobility services, and mobile device management products. Clearlake did not announce any of the financial details of the rollup, but did say that Wells Fargo Capital Finance and Stellus Capital Management helped finance the deal.
