Agoura Hills-based ClipBlast disclosed this morning that it has tapped former CinemaNow co-founder Bruce D. Eisen to manage the firm's business development. The firm, which provides an online service for web video searching and navigation, said that Eisen will help it grow its relationships with content providers, advertisers, and technology companies.
