Santa Ana-based Clupedia has raised $1.3M in a Series A round, the company formally announced Monday. The round came from the Tech Coast Angels, and closed in late 2006. The Pasadena Angels and Frontera Group also participated in the funding. Clupedia has developed a browser-based toolbar that allows users to comment on any web page. Sid Mohasseb, Johannes Larcher, and Lance Stuart have joined the firm's board of directors along with the funding. More information »
